If you ever need to get your genealogy on to a new computer just download AncestorSync, choose which trees to sync and the format you wish to use and click Sync. Everything is there, including Photos, Sources and Notes. With AncestorSync, your hard work is protected.
Share the File, Not the Control
AncestorSync lets you create groups and share files with those groups. When someone else makes a change, that change comes to you and you get to decide if you want to add the information to your file or not. Everyone in the group makes their own decisions, keeping control over their own files while sharing what they know (or think they know) with the group.
